I know how you feel I keep forgetting to do simple things and I am hurting my autistic son because I keep forgetting to call his school

I experience a lot of memory issues and I’ve taken to documenting more of my experiences. I’ve always liked taking pictures but now I’ll also write any super funny quotes down or do journal entries on days I really wanna remember

I forget a lot of basic tasks too, or I'll swear I've done it but I actually only thought about doing it or remembered a previous time I did it. It's so frustrating that I cant be a very dependable person.

I can totally relate! I was not able to finish college partly due to memory issues which everyone laughed off as flightyness or dumb blonde syndrome, per my family and friends. But who can blame them! Now if I quote a fact or figure whoever I'm talking to Googles it to make certain I'm correct! Or if I state I did or didn't do something someone's bound to check behind me for proof! This can really set my OCD off and running!
