Dealing with Menopausal Symptoms: Need Advice

I had a hysterectomy in my middle 30’s I am 54 now and have dealt with menopausal symptoms such as horrible hot flashes, night sweats and ZERO libido and it’s so exhausting. Thank goodness I have a wonderful husband but has anyone found a way to increase libido and eliminate night sweats

My libido is out the window and I’m 51 this sucks!! I keep a little fan on my dresser at night it helps a lot and if that don’t help I keep a washcloth in freezer that helps too

I am on HRT plus testosterone. I just added DHEA and felt a little interest. Too bad I'm mad at my fiance!! 🙄

Please try bioidentical testosterone! I’ve been on it for 3 years and it will change your life! Your labido will come back with a vengeance and your sense of well being will increase! I used to have zero labido before that. Testosterone therapy can be very life changing!

what kind of doctor will give you this? A lot of doctors are so hard to talk to. It’s frustrating
