Dealing with Mental Health without Medication

So I plan on dealing with all my problems without meds. I had an addiction back in high school and since I was able to kick it I don't plan on going back. I have been biking regularly and taking time for myself but any other ideas would be great.

If afraid of getting addicted to pills or more if I get meds. I also have a therapist but he doesn't help much.

Have you tried Wim Hof Method? I've had amazing results from it.

Good for you for trying to stay off meds! I'm trying to do the same. Omega 3 fish oil is supposed to help with depression, as well as the exercise you're doing now. What has helped me the most though was finding people i could talk to when sad.

I don't really have anyone to chat with that's another reason I came here. I'll look into the fish oil.
