Take excedrin if I can. Or else panic because I see the aura and there's nothing I can do about it because I'm driving or at work, etc. But those are the very first things I do

That makes sense to me haha! First thing I do is take my rizatrsptan and ondansetron, then find a dark space so I can try and sleep the brunt of it off.

Does anyone attribute their migraine to hormones? I take pain reliever and try to stay in a dark place. Most importantly hydration is key

definitely. I get one right around my period pretty much every month. Sometimes around ovulation as well.

I personally take pain medication, drink lots of water and sleep in a dark place. I usually take a full day to recover up to two at time depending on how bad it may be

I’ve had that happen many times where I was down for two or three days with migraine. It’s been a long time since I’ve had one and I am very grateful for that. I hope yours gives you a break as well

Literally SPRINT to find excedrin, chug a glass of water, turn all the lights off and close blinds, and go to sleep. If I am away from the house honestly RIP just pray

Take excedrin and use peppermint oil and lay down if I’m home with a hot rag on my forehead.

Frova, alive, cold pack, migraine glasses, get away from excess stimulus

I take 2 benadryl capsules. Avoid food containing any salycilates. Go to bed if possible. Raise head of bed in dark room. Light and sounds irritate me further.👍

A little caffeine can help.

I take paracetamol straight away. It usually stops most of the pain from forming because I usually have the aura about 30 minutes before the pain starts.

Take Excedrin and grab some coffee. The exception being when I am sleeping at night and that's a dead end, the migraine has started and all I can do is pray for it to go away.
