Dealing with Mood Swings as an Art Student

Hiya! I’m new to this app and I wanted to try it out haha. Lately I’ve been dealing with mood swings and last year I was actually okay throughout the whole year! (Which is surprising because I haven’t had that in a long time) but this year, it’s like my brain reverted back to how it was. I’m an art student in college and I want to keep focus on my goals. Does anyone know what this could be? School isn’t stressing me out or anything. Yet I’ve been feeling..not like my usual self

✋❤️❤️ hi I'm Tim,and I have depression and anxiety disorder...wish I felt as good as you did last year 😀..if you're away from home at college,it could. E loneliness away from your family. Glad college isn't stressful..maybe it's a little bit of if you will get a job after you graduate, especially in the field of your choice..feel free to dm me if you need to talk. It might help to bring a new and different perspective. Good luck to you 😀❤️
