Dealing with Obesity and Emotional Eating

I have been severely obese my entire life. I am now 25 years old, and it is starting to wear my body down. At my heaviest I was 506lbs. I had a weight loss surgery, but I am still around 400lbs. I struggle a great deal with emotional eating, sometimes (more often than not) related to my mental illnesses. I was on Paxil for a few years and Depo birth control. I've stopped both of those now. Just looking for friends and to see if anyone else has dealt with this.

My husband has dealt with this. He was 450 ibs had the gastric sleeve got down to 300 and than went back to 400ibs. He struggles with dependence on soda pop. When he gets upset he puts himself in our room and drinks nothing but pop. You are not alone I myself am overweight and struggle with eating myself because I graze all day. I am there with ya.
