Earplugs are helpful if you have auditory processing issues 🤗

Yes! With that I will agree, I love spending time with my bf but when things go south sometimes because i’m so overstimulated if I mute him or listen to music it helps.

Omg, I use so many things. It depends on how I'm overstimulated atm. I use a weighted blanket, sound canceling headphones, lavender scented things, I also use CBD, I've found smoking it to be most helpful for me, but there are a bunch of forms you can use it in. Also going through and finding the common stresses in my life and trying my best to reduce those can be helpful to even becoming overstimulated. Having safe foods that ik I'll eat even when eating sounds awful, baths have also been helpful in just creating a calm environment where I can deep breathe.

Same, mostly! Weighted blankets and my CalmAid really help. The lavender (CalmAid) even helps with mild constipation 🤗
