Yes my symptoms when I'm fully in a panic attack state I tend to hypoventilate which gets me dizzy and worse, but I currently am reading a badass book on mindfulness, which is a type of meditation... Id say you'd probably benefit from medication along with some type of form of meditative practice.

For me, I pass out or faint during my panic attacks. When I feel this about to happen in public, if I can sense it, I go to sit or lay down and try to leave the area

Really focus on your breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth like your blowing out a candle gently. It's not easy trust me I've passed out many times. It takes alot to take control of your own breathing especially when you're panicking but you got this. 🖤
