I found cognitive processing therapy really helped me since it focuses on confronting thoughts that have arisen because of the trauma. The Getting Unstuck from Ptsd workbook is really useful if you can't find a cpt practitioner. Living balanced is exhausting sometimes though! I try and think about what I want/need to get done, rate the tasks by whether they are low energy, medium energy or high energy, and then based on how much energy I have for the day I try and focus on putting together a list of tasks to do that doesn't leave me exhausted. On bad days it might just be 3 low energy tasks, but I normally aim for one hard task and one medium task at least a day when I'm feeling okay
