Dealing with PCOS during pregnancy

Just found out yesterday that I'm 5 weeks pregnant. Obviously it was a big surprise as I thought I was infertile due to my PCOS. So any advise from other moms on how to everything I can do to keep my baby safe dealing with PCOS?

Get an ultrasound ASAP, I was 16 weeks along before they did an ultrasound and I had twins and needed a cesarian. Rest, stay hydrated, you'll probably get terrible morning sickness that lasts until months after you give birth.

I also have PCOS and am 30 weeks pregnant, obviously stay hydrated, sleep and eat well but dont be to hard on yourself. The first one and a half trimesters is an incredibly difficult time for you mentally and physically and you've got to remember that you're literally creating a human being and you deserve the best for that, wishing you all the luck <3
