On the anxiety issue. In 2010 I walked into yhe mall that I always loved, but all of sudden I couldn't wait to get out there. This anxiety attack came over me. I held onto my purse ,ate, and got out of there. Last year was the first time I've been to the mall in 2 years . I have to go with someone.

Saying Yes to others is the easy way out! I know I do it because I crave that acceptance from others. I just want them to appreciate me and like me. This is a huge struggle for me too.

✋ I am aware I just say yes to avoid addressing or having meaningful conversations. I fill silence with my voice when awkward. If i am firm i feel lousy and start bending at the end. As if im debating against myself and I just to shut it up I accept the task.
