Dealing with Postnasal Drip for Years - Seeking Answers

Hey! My names Levi. I’ve been dealing with postnasal drip for many years. It’s not always bad. Seems to get worse in waves. Processed foods tend to cause it to flare up more so I tend to avoid those. I’ve never been on any medication for my condition. But lately I’ve been wanting to find answers. Any help would greatly be appreciated! Levi

I'm sorry to hear that. I have been dealing with post nasal drip for 4 or 5 years now. I haven't thought about my diet too much besides peanuts since I was allergic as a child but my allergist put me on Claritin (loratadine) and Gabapentin. It makes a difference if I take it everyday but if I forget even a couple days it gets bad again. If you decide to get medicine, these are some you can try. I hope this helps some. I feel like it's not something that can be cured but I can't understand why.
