Hello, I suffer from the same disorder. My anxiety, stress and depression all feed my symptoms. The best solution I have ever found to try and ease the spasms and ticks is to go to a quiet dark room with low stimuli and just rest until it eases. Sometimes I will play low frequency music really quietly and it helps to calm my anxiety.
