Dealing with Rapid Heart Rate and Anxiety

I was hoping someone could give me some insight. I know nobody can diagnose me on here, but I've been dealing with some symptoms that I think might be pots syndrome. I have a very rapid heart rate that spikes into the 130s just from standing up. Standing at the sink washing dishes or even trying to shower it goes up to the 150s and above. I've had ekgs, bloodwork, and a 48 hour Holter monitor that all come back fine. My blood pressure is very good as well. I have a cardiologist appointment next month to see what is going on. I also have extreme generalized anxiety disorder, so I worry about my heart a lot especially when it beats that fast. I'm afraid to move around or do anything at this point. Does anyone else experience these things?

If your heart rate is pretty normal when laying down it could be POTS. That’s what I have. I heart rate jumps immediately when I stand up. You should definitely bring this up to your cardiologist.
