Dealing with RLS: Seeking Advice

Hello everyone! I'm new to Alike. I was recently diagnosed with RLS but have been dealing with it for many years and just finding out I have RLS. I have tried a few different medications and nothing has helped. I also take hot baths before bed bc if I don't my legs will bother alot more if I don't. It's painful at times and also causing me to have insomnia. I had my Iron tested and it was very low thinking that this was the cause and its not. My Question is. Is there someone besides my Primary that I can talk to about this like a specialist? I speak with my Primary this week about my RLS and was wondering if there is anything else I should be discussing with him?. Nice to meet all of you and hope you all have a great day!!

Instead of the hot bath, are you able to run in place? If circulation is what the bath does, possibly that will help. I'm going to try running inplace, then, hot bath, if that doesn't help. P.S. I don't keep taking meds that don't help.

I have tried working out more especially walking. I'm going to start using my treadmill before bed to see if that helps.

I have a massage gun, it helps if I put magnesium lotion into my legs and then massage it in. Drinking magnesium helps too

I've read that yellow mustard is good for RLS, but haven't tried it personally. And this is going to sound really weird, but I've also found that orgasms relieve my symptoms.

I had my ferritin level tested. Low ferritin can exacerbate RLS. I was very low. Have suffered my whole life with RLS, and this is the first time they ever checked my ferritin.
