SAD is so hard to deal with also have many ither things going on physically that make this horrible but i try taking it day by day, minute by minute and take it feom there. If you can make yourself a cup of coffee or lemonade and go sit in the sun. Even if you are only sitting by the windoe looking outside you’ve moved around some and thats a reason to be proud of your self. Keep up the great effort it’ll get better .

Well when I'm sad I try and do things that bring me joy or I try and talk it through with a good friend, or a close family member. (I'm closer to some of my aunt's and cousins more than my parents or two younger siblings)

I deal with depression all year long but at it’s worst during Oct-Jan it is very difficult at times but like the above fore mentioned taking it day by day minute by minute and small accomplishments can help! I have 3 kids dealing with a range of mental disorders as well it is hard to handle but if you’ve ever herd of CBT or DBT look it up the classes are helpful and free usually but the skills are better than anything I’ve ever gotten from meds or years of therapy
