My breathing tic is sharp inhaling. It's also one of my more painful ones, so sometimes if I have a breathing tic for more than a few seconds, my lungs HURT

Yep, I used to have a breathing tic where my breaths would be super erratic. Would cause me a lot of headaches

Yup had that. Right now I’m having breathing tics again but not where I hold my breath this time. I’m breathing when I don’t need to. So it kinda makes me out of breath from taking too many unneeded ones. I hope that makes sense.

Yes, I had a wheezing tic and it was like expelling as much air as I could until it was as empty as it could be and then I’d hold it. I dont do that as much anymore after about 10 years but now I have sniffling tic
