The information I can offer is the FODMAP sucks and you'll ways crave someone not on the list. I also had the test done three times and they said each time I had SIBO and put my on incredibly strong antibiotics. When I started getting worse, they said no to SIBO it was probably the pills they gave me 🙄

Yes I am going that route with the gastro doc it sucks and I’m hoping to connect with anyone that has gone through this thank you for your insight
