For me, my silent panic attacks are often meltdowns/shutdowns. Oftentimes I deal with mine by getting rid of as much sensory input as possible and being away from people. Some people like a certain form of music, and some people do better when they have Deep Pressure Therapy (DPT). Find comfort items, they might help. Hope you get the help you need!

For me it feels like I’m going to pass out which has happened to me twice. I acknowledge I’m having a panic attack bc ignoring it makes it worse. I tell myself “this will pass, I will live” bc in reality anxiety is in your head it’s not real and once you’ve acknowledged that, it gets a bit easier to get through a panic attack. Also just stopping and taking a break from whatever your doing, be honest with whoever your with in that situation, take some air.
