Dealing with Social Anxiety and Overthinking

I always worry about how I treat people and I often feel like I'm mean, or rude, or just not happy. I don't want to hurt people and I often overthink. I tend to apologize when I say the wrong things, but people don't let me speak or finish my apology. How do I stop overthinking or feeling like a massive screw up all the time?

Hi there, I struggle with this as well and I want you to know there’s nothing wrong with feeling this way. This always helps me when I’m overthinking, put yourself in the other person shoes. If your worrying about asking someone a question for example think about a time someone asked you a question. You didn’t think it was odd or weird right? So you asking a question won’t be weird to them. They are thinking about it as much as you are so don’t stress! I know it’s easier said then done but little things like that help me. It’s also okay to not be your 100% sometimes, everyone has their days.
