I don’t think I can’t make it being around my family. I don’t think some o f them realize they are very abusive and causing me to not be able to live .

Medication, Individual Therapy, and Group therapy. The more you socialize, the more you realize a whole lot of people have anxiety and are on meds too or in therapy 🤗❤️

Meds to help with anxiety and therapy lessons to talk about your feelings. And also it will get easier you just got to take it day by day.

When I first got a job, I began to realize that the people working were just the same as me, some random person, most likely not judging me. Kind of random but was my first thought. The people around you are just like you. Also, when I have panic attacks, I tell myself like a mantra : "it's just a thought, these thoughts have no power" and it usually cuts the panic off really quickly.
