Dealing with Tendinitis in My Ankle

I just learned Monday I have tendinitis in my right ankle. I did fracture my left foot and wore a boot but I babied my left foot. When the boot came off and I learned to walk again it just hurt and was very sore. I have to go on PT for this now. Can I get some tips and what you do for your tendinitis?

Probably an over compensation injury. Heat and ice therapy, kt tape (you can look on YouTube how to tape for your exact issue/stability you're looking for), braces, electric stimulation machine to help speed up recovery by getting to the root of the problem and un-tightenong your tendon, ibuprofen reduces swelling, take breaks and sit down when you need

My podiatrist reccomended electric stimulation if physio didn't work, but I found physio with periodic needle acupuncture and massage worked wonders along with consistent tendon strengthening exercises , hang in there! Getting function back can be a mission but be gentle on yourself
