Dealing with Trichotillomania urges during stress

How do I deal with the urge to pull? Especially under times of stress. I hate how easy it is to lose months of progress :(

Get a down pillow and pluck the feathers that poke out! It's one of the only things that has ever worked for me

I found a medication that works for me. Mirtazapine, 30 mg. Takes the urge to pull from completely impossible to resist, to manageable with some willpower.

I didn't pull any hairs today! I was pulling about 100 a day, had serious bald spots.
