Debilitating Nerve Leg Pain - Seeking Advice

does any one else have excruciating nerve leg pain that starts at the outer back thy and runs behind the knee into the middle of the calf and down the ankle into the foot. It doesn't feel like siatic nerve pain at all which I have had a lot of the the last four years. This pain hurts when I'm laying down when I'm sleeping it really never goes away . I was told it was from my herniated disc and spinal stenosis but I had the laminectomy and disectomy and still have the pain.
