Seeking Advice on Deep Brain Stimulator Surgery

I currently have a Vns implant and found out the battery is about to die. I've been taking medicine for 18 years and i just fractured my left orbital socket from a seizure fall a few months ago. I'm getting seizures at least once a month if not more. my most recent was 10 days ago. ended up with a real bad bit cheek. I'm considering the Deep brain stimulator surgery but I'm nervous. does anyone else have any experience with the topic? thank you
