I was fine till the past few days. Idk if it’s stress or weather related

I would see an allergy doctor. I got MACS and it started small and then went gang busters. If your having allergic reaction with sob you may need an EPI PEN and medications to block the histamine spiral. Not giving medical advice but I would advise you to take action

I have been dealing with shortness of breath but after 5 months in I still have pneumonia from COVID. I do notice the cold and wet weather affects my breathing, stress plays a factor. I started walking more to build stamina for lungs and this is helping

I developed shortness of breath after an undiagnosed “flu” in Dec 2019. Was diagnosed and treated for Asthma. Asthma meds are expensive and didn’t help my symptoms. I quit taking the daily inhalers, but I now carry a rescue inhaler.

I have the same issue after COVID Delta: shortness of breath. A nebulizer might be the thing needed? Your insurance should pay for it.
