I used to take that years ago but my body rejects it now. It knows I’m drinking it and it won’t let me swallow. The taste is just nasty. For awhile though I’ve been reliant on Swiss Kriss. It’s a senna tablet so there’s no taste but my body has developed a tolerance to it so it doesn’t really work anymore. I also suffer from chronic constipation and I’m also on a lifelong research to find relief from it. Like you I also don’t want to be reliant on laxatives to go regularly.
