Best Medications for Depression and Anxiety?

for people who have depression and anxiety, what medication do you take that helps you with both? do you take one medication for both or separate medications to help each individual condition? did they work or not? thanks !

I'm on carbamazepine and lithium for my bipolar depression. They won't put me on meds for me anxiety because it's "undefined".

I am on Prozac for both depression and anxiety. Usually as far as I know they sort of go hand in hand at least when there aren't any other mental health conditions involved. It took me a bit to get the right medicine but all of the ones I was taking was supposed to be for both.

i'm on cymbalta, currently. it helps with both my anxiety and depression. cymbalta has been the one medication to help me with both. i was on countless ones before but they only helped one or didn't help at all

I take bupropion for depression and anxiety and lexapro for my depression as well. I'd say that they saved me life.
