Cbd gummies. Just started using them and they seem to be helping me.

This sounds funny but watching livestreams on tiktok have helped me feel less lonely. I used to watch movies to cope but thats helped more. Stay strong you’re not alone. Depression is a bitch but you got this, just keep going 🙏

Stay strong and be careful with people that say they are your "friend". Not to seem on the down side but let's be honest, most people that say they are your friend, well their not. There is something they are wanting out of it. Thats been my experience anyhow. And the ones who say they ya best friend, girl STAY AWAY. If you can't tell, friends and trying to help people is what has caused my PTSD. If ya ever wanna chat, it me up. I normally laugh and joke when I'm face to face with people to cover up how I really feel.

Therapy and talking with friends surprisingly helped me out a lot. I usually binge a lighthearted funny tv show when I feel depressed. I can be a friend if you want. I’m always down to meet new people 😁✌🏽
