Yes I use paint.. So I can paint my emotions on a canvas and stuffed animals work as well

Being outside in nature and being with others helps even just sitting at a park. You don’t need to talk but to even just be outside is a good first step. Meds can help but that’s your decision. Prayers! 💕

One.. find something that works for you.. I pray… I listen to music… watch YouTube on my phone… there is seasonal depression.. it’s cold around the holidays - not all people have family and friends- it’s difficult for a lot of people.. I know this was 7 months ago but just checking on you 🤗

it's fine, I recently downloaded a Bible app a friend suggested because I've been looking for a devotional, now I have a whole other list of things going on that aren't helping anything and I don't want to be around anyone not really my parents either, I watch TV a lot. Dm me to know the rest please
