Depression episodes that don't feel like mine

In the last couple of months I have had bad depression episodes, that I can't associate with afterwards. As if the breakdowns aren't my own. Does anyone else experience this?

Yes. It feels like I'm watching my body do and feel things but I'm not the one who is doing it.and afterwards it's like I woke up from a dream kinda of or a movie.

that's exactly how I feel. It's so hard because my husband I so worried about me, but I can't tell him what's wrong because I don't even know. 😥

Sometimes we just woke up and you feel sad. Sometimes you don't know the reason why you are depressed anymore. Living with depression is really difficult.
