My hands get tingly, racing heart, restlessness, heavy rapid breathing, a lot of times I get a touch of sensory overload so everything seems much louder than it actually is, and my claustrophobia sets in due to the sensory bit

Not sensitive to external sound, all I can hear are my thoughts, sweating, racing heart, mild shaking, stomach pain. The first time it happened I was dizzy and almost passed out but that has not happened again.
