Struggling with Diabetes and Eating Habits

I was diagnosed 4 months ago, which thinking about it now is crazy! I’ve had not had an accidental slip up in over 2 months! But I’m struggling so much with eating now. I often skip meals to save myself from the disappointment of what the food tastes like. Anybody have any suggestions for food?

To start off with, eat stuff that is naturally gluten free. Rice, meat, spices and some sauces. A lot of Indian and Arabic cooking is naturally gluten free (apart from bread). If you like plainer food, you can do a classic roast with gluten free gravy. You can make gluten free Yorkshire puddings, that are really good and filling, using cornflour. I can give the recipe if anyone is interested.
