Losing weight with diabetes: why is it happening?

I'm a diabetic and sometimes I lose my appetite and I lose weight real fast. I just don't understand why.

I am a type 2 diabetic. I used to be 130lb. Now I am 105Lb. I understand my weight lost because I do intermittent fasting a couple of times a week and really watch what I eat every day. This is the only way to keep my sugar even. The only difference is that my appetite is good.

my appetite is good sometimes, but more bad than good. I can't gain weight either.
