Diet changes for POTS symptoms

Have any diet changes helped with your pots symptoms? I’ve been having a lot of bloating and GI symptoms, I’m looking for something to help. I have not noticed any specific triggers as my diet has been sporadic due to nausea and low appetite/feeling full easily.

Hi I have been having nausea as well but I’m not sure if it’s from my POTS. I’ve been trying to eat different things to see how it effects my stomach and I found that eating a good health breakfast in the morning actually helps. I never used to have breakfast so if you don’t normally eat it I would give it a try.

Thanks crayon. I normally feel pretty sick if I eat breakfast unfortunately. I’ve stuck with something small for a while now. But maybe I’ll try eating different things and hopefully figure out something that works

Oh no :( sorry to hear that. Maybe start out with something super small, keep trying different things. I hope something works out for you!

Onions tend to trigger POTS flairs for me! I'm not sure why though.
