I have been diagnosed with anemia, Unfortunately, my anemia has been made worse by myeloma. I am currently following a special diet that includes a good amount of iron-rich meats like beef, pork, and poultry, and leafy green vegetables like spinach

Hi Superwoman1. I also have serious anemia alongside my Myeloma. I need to have a nap most afternoons for an hour to reset my energy clock. When it comes to diet, I have not changed a single thing, except quantity. Everything in moderation.
