I have Type 1 Diabetes and Fibromyalgia and sometimes it is very hard to distinguish which one is causing symptoms. I have had diabetes for a very long time and the cgm helps me figure that out, and when it is Addison’s related I am usually very emotional, on the verge of crying, and every loud sound or touch sends like a shock down my body. I am guessing it is from not having enough adrenaline from steriods, so when I feel that I usually know its time to take more hydrocortisone.
