Do I Need Another Colonoscopy After 10 Years?

Is it necessary to get a colonoscopy after 10 years if your first colonoscopy was clear ? Would colonguard be good enough?

It is recommended as far as I know to get checked every 5 years from what my gastrointestinal doc says
