Do I Need Further Diagnoses?

I feel like im going crazy a little bit… idk how much im just making up for attention 🤷🏻 but now that ive moved back where there isn’t cameras all over the house, ive started to vocalize my internal thoughts and dialogue when by myself again and im weird as f. always have been. but the more im conscious of it now i note that i fake laugh and do weird sound effects and all kinds of voices… maybe they even have different emotions and ig “intentions”? idk if im just obsessing abt my “conditions” but idk man could somebody who’s knowledgeable or qualified be honest with me about what they make of this, i just want to know if should talk to a therapist abt further diagnoses… or im just being irrational. i also without a doubt have the tendency to copy other people and become obsessed with them and i wish i didn’t because its really embarrassing but i dont even have my own personality and only now that i’ve acknowledged this i’ve started to actively try and form my own opinions and disagree with people… sorry this was a lot haha

honestly i feel this more so has to do with you becoming more self-conscious but because you also have mental disorders you could be creating anxiety relating the two when they might not be as it seems you’re figuring yourself out as an individual, it’s alright to be uncomfortable or not understand why but maybe it’ll help you to write down things that you’re uncomfortable with and throughout time i feel you’ll be able to put together as to why these behaviors occur, nobody knows you like you, in the moment though thoughts get lost and misplaced, hope this could help. (not lisenced just off what i observed)

I do this a lot and my roommate and I also have specific voices and attitudes for all of our pets. I don’t think talking to yourself is actually weird. I think almost everyone does it at least sometimes
