Yeah, I'm tired most of the time. How much sleep I get doesn't seem to affect it at all.

I have Psoriatic arthritis and I'm tired all the time. I haven't found much that helps. But I find if you pace yourself and allow yourself rests when needed it can help. Although how much sleep I get doesn't affect it I try to keep to a good bedtime routine. Also pain can add to feeling tired all the time. I'm not always aware of how much pain I'm in. So I try and take moments throughout the day to realise my pain. I also try to ensure I take pain medication as instructed.
