There may be an online dr that can write you a prescription if you tell them you have Adhd but they would only prescribe a non stimulant /non controlled medication. If you think you have adhd ,it would be best to go get a diganosis. Medication is def. Not a cure all of adhd/add so it's best to use it in conjunction with things like thearpy and changes to how you go about your daily life.

You might be able to find some things that you can take off shelves to help with it but I would 100% talk with a psychiatrist before taking anything
