Does Liquid IV Really Work?

Looking for ways to help my symptoms and I’ve heard things about Liquid IV. Does it work for anyone? I’m just torn because it’s a bit pricey.

Can you help? Connect today

i used liquid IV for a while and it helped certain symptoms like blacking out when standing up and getting super dizzy when i stood up because it really kept me hydrated. i had the strawberry flavor and it was pretty good.

I use sqwinchers and it works just as well. Their flavors are very fake tasting but work in a pinch.

I LOVE liquidIV. It is expensive, but for me the benefits are worth it. It helps all my pots symptoms more than anything else has (except atenolol). The best way to purchase it is around a holiday when they have a big sale, and to get a large bundle. They do sales frequently- memorial day, labor day, presidents day, etc. I do a big purchase a few times a year, and have 1-2 liquidIVs a day depending on symptom severity.

All of the flavors are really tasty. For me, lemon lime is the most soothing flavor on an upset tummy. But my favorite is the apple pie flavor.

@spookyspoonie - 🤣 i could NOT handle the apple pie after like the 2nd day in a row. It was like drinking one of those Little Debbie hand pies, too heavy on the satiety factor for me lol 🥟🍎🥟

@samhain I totally understand that lol 😂. It can be strong for sure. I dilute my liquidiv more than instructions say- I think you're supposed to add it to 16oz of water, I add it to 40oz water so it's not as strong. It's the only cinnamony-appley flavored sweet I can tolerate, so it's like heaven to me

Oh wow duh, dilute it... Sometimes you just need someone else to say something to see the forest ☺️

I use DripDrop and I find it on Amazon and it’s quite a bit cheaper than the liquidIV. I think that the flavors are really good and it helps just as much as liquidIV does. I think it’s a huge help. I personally get dehydrated almost daily and especially in flares and this helps so much.
