Help with Dropping Heart Rate While Sleeping

my heart rate has been dropping while I sleep to 52 bpm. looking for any help with when I should worry. not getting many answer from doctors.

Same. Last night my BP was 89/53 and pulse was 49. I have hypertension but every so often my BP will dip low. My pulse is bipolar. It can be high over 100 or below 50. It's mostly bradycardic even when my BP is high.

My heart goes as low as 40 & my Dr's don't think it's a concern either 😔

That's mainly asleep hour before I wake usually & the hardest time of day is waking up & get going

I agree, Doctors don't seem to be concerned either. Until I showed my primary physician the recorded readings on my BP machine... now I'm being referred to a cardiologist. Hopefully I will get answers soon. If you have medical insurance keep pushing. The old saying "The squeaky wheel gets the oil ". 🤷🏽‍♀️

My heart rate is usually 40-48 while awake. I've been to a cardiologist and he referred me to an electrophysiologist which I have yet to see. Cardiologist said he didn't want to put in a pacemaker because I'm too young for that.
