Bradycardia and Low Blood Pressure with Dysautonomia

Does anyone with pots or dysautonomia get bouts of bradycardia and low blood pressure???

I usually suffer from tachycardia but I have observed bouts of bradycardia and low blood pressure.

I have occasional bradycardia in the 40s-50s while laying down. Not sure what my blood pressure is during it, never checked

i do, doesn’t happen as much as it used to but it does still happen from time to time

Yeah I had an episode of that not long ago while standing. Scared the tar out of me

Yes, but my doctors said it's most likely because my beta blockers are on too high a dose

Yes, i've been up to 185/100 when pots started and before beta blockers and spironolactone. Then after being on them for about 5 months, i had a unrelated surfery and surgeon was pushing potassium chloride bolus and still only at 85/50 (and that was withholding the betablocker). Finally came up to 100/65 as being discharged. Pulse can vary from 200 down to 43bpm. Typically though 80 to 55 when not standing. The 40's are typically rebounding from the high.
