Early Menopause and Head Issues After Breast Cancer

I am Brest cancer survivor for 6years now but I had to have my overuse and uterus removed so I don’t produce any hormones at all. Since my Brest cancer was hormone based I can not get hormone therapy I am 40 years old. I wanted to know if anyone had a similar issue and who ever went through early menopause have issues with there head like felling light headed or like your head fells like it’s in air besides the hot flushes and bone pain. Thank you

I went through early menopause, due to radiation/brachytherapy in 2019 for cervical cancer. At the time they couldn't decide if my symptoms were side effects of radiation or menopause.. Sadly I didn't find much of anything helped except drinking more water to stay hydrated did help with the headaches and hot flushes (although that comes with its own setbacks as I have a really weak bladder and barely any muscle control)
