Early Onset Skin Picking Habits

I recently was looking through an old photo album and found a photo of me at 2 years old with significantly picked skin visible in the photo. It’s crazy how early this can start, I was always aware I had issues with picking since I was little, but I didn’t realize it started that early.

I have problems with picking the skin around my nails and picking my lips. My lip picking started very young, and before that I remember chewing the inside of my cheeks. You’re not alone!!! 💕
