Looking for Eczema Treatment Alternatives to Dupixent

I tried to use dupixent for 3 months and it started to horrible damage my eyes. it did clear up my eczema. Does anyone know of any other eczema/prurigo nodularis treatments besides dupixent and topical medications that might help? or found a treatment that stops dupixent eye side effect?

I’ve been on dupixent for over a year. I did have annoyingly dry eyes at first (maybe about 4-6 months), so I used moisturizing eye drops regularly… But the longer I’ve been on it the less of an issue it’s been. I know that’s not the case for everyone- it really depends on how severe your eye issues were. But my doctor felt okay with me using it despite the eye issues and I’m glad he pushed me to continue it. It’s been so worth it because I now would say I don’t really have any side effects from it- and I use it for all 3 reasons it’s prescribed (asthma, eczema, and chronic sinusitis).

I looked up other Biologics for eczema (aside from Dupixent)- theres also ADBRY…. And there’s mixed thoughts on using JAK inhibitors for it… just thought I’d throw that out there in case Dupixent is 100% a no-go for you. Hope that helps!
