Managing EDS-Related Digestive Issues

My EDS is affecting my stomach and bowels. Does anyone else has these issues and what do you to manage it?

Prunes have become my friend. After a gastric emptying study, I'm right on the line of gastroparesis. I'm also IBS, and had my gallbladder removed years ago. Normally, going is hard for me, but I make sure to stay very hydrated, and have prunes, daily, to try and keep things moving. I hear fiber pills can also help, but I don't use them, personally.

Affecting them in what way? Diarrhea or constipation? My EDS causes both

Without Docusate Sodium (Colace), I get super constipated. There's also probiotic yogurts and fiber bars that might help. I've found that evaluating my diet and eventually cutting out dairy really helped me.
