Looking for Effective As-Needed Anxiety Meds

Alright neurodivergent peeps; are there any as needed anxiety meds that actually work for you? I have an unusual reaction to most medications, and have tried a lot (propranolol, kava kava, hydroxyzines, baclofen, gabapentin, alprazolam) and nothing has a substantial positive impact.

I found a supplement that has all but removed my anxiety fully. Bioflavonoids off amazon have worked wonders for me. $30 a bottle of 200 capsules. I take 1 cap a day. Noticed results after the first month. 'NOTE' I bought these for a very different reason but after a few weeks of taking them I had a dr. apt. for another issue, which usually causes me a lot of anxiety for days before and durring. After I got home I felt like something was off. Then I realzed I had no anxiety at all the entire week leading up to the visit or durring. I kept expecting it to creep in but it never did. I did some research and a 2019(I think) study showed a decrease in anxiety and depression in subjects taking these. The brand I take is Horbaach Lemon Bioflavonoids Complex. It comes in a dark green bottle with silver/grey label and cap. I highly recomend them. Have been taking them since October of last year.
