Effexor Dreams: Anyone Else Experiencing Vivid Dreams?

One of the side efforts I get from not taking my effexor is extremely vivid and exhausting dreams. I have started having them every night now. Anyone else have these vivid dreams on Effexor? Concept I rarely forget my tablet (1 in 60 days) They aren't bad dreams just intense or like a normal day with hundreds of thoughts so I wake up and it's like I have lived a whole day and I am exhausted.

I get terrible headaches and sleep very restlessly. If I miss one, I get terrible night sweats but I don’t remember the dreams I’ve had

thank you that is a point about the night sweats I forgot I got those when I missed a tablet as well. I have been having them a lot as of late and that could be connected to the increase in vivid dreams.

I've been on them for almost a year now, and when starting it, yes I had very vivid dreams, dreams of just actual sheer beauty and just actual feelings of being there, I woke up still feeling exhausted as well, but I tried to play through the entire dream again when waking up and that usually helped me, put it into perspective Ig? It made me less exhausted anyway, the dreams however did stop after maybe 2 months, I still occasionally get them, but nowhere near the same volume. I'd just say when you wake up, take some deep breaths, try and play back those dreams to help put them in perspective, I wish you the best of luck 🫡

Responding to a post that's 10 months ago, but yes, I have very vivid dreams (sometimes nightmares, sometimes dreams that are nice because my late father and grandmother are in them, and the dreams are so vivid, it feels genuine). I have been on Effexor about 6 months. My dreams are still vivid, which, despite the nightmares, I kind of like. I remember them more too than the dreams I had before taking this med.

@Joan1234 Also, I am fatigued a lot. Not sure if that is a connection to the dreams, the med, or just life/being human.
